My background spans financial markets, compliance, insurance, business ownership and property investment. I hold a Bachelor of Management Studies (Honours) in Finance and Economics, and the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – Residential Property Lending.

I began my career at the New Zealand Stock Exchange, analysing market risk – I understand how lenders think, how financial systems work, and what truly drives good decision-making. From there, I moved into personal insurance and later built two successful e-commerce companies which I still hold shares in, giving me first hand insight into cashflow management, growth, and real-world financial pressures. At the same time, I developed a genuine passion for property – buying and investing – and discovered how powerful good lending advice can be.
